Mackay TAFE are running a coffee class in a couple of weeks.

This is exactly the type of thing our local industry needs, and what we have been lobbying for. TAFE are also sponsors of our Mackay Coffee Idol and are good people to work with.

Everyone with an espresso machine needs to ask themselves if their skills are where they want them to be.

The way I work it with Cafe La de da is, the cafe pays the class fee, if the student contributes their time.

Steve and Merryn at Gloria Jeans agree 100% that we need to always be working at improving our skills, just to keep up.
