Nicoles Report of last weeks first Jam Session

The barista Jam at Cafe La De Da last Tuesday night was roasting!
A group of coffee lovers (both Baristas and enthusiastic consumers) all got together in the name of good coffee and shared expertise, ideas and cuppas.

I am quite certain no one left the evening without having learnt something.
For me, the trend toward single origin coffee as opposed to blends was totally new to me. I also thought the coffee syphon was particularly cool. i had never seen anything like that before. . . well, not for brewing coffee anyhow.

I am so glad I went or should I say. . I've bean. . he he he
