How about that. Its another month over again.
And who has been out and about and noticed an increase in coffee skills with the participating players?
I'm told that a great oppurtunity to practice is on take aways. Even if you screw up you just whack a lid on it.
The guys at GJ's have been putting in extra hours. They even showed me photos of their results, and there are a few 'wows' in there. I tried to encourage them to send me a couple of photos to illustrate this update, but they stalled, and changed subjects, then said that they will be available next tuesday night.
Steve is preparing the educational session on a subject that is also secret.
Pauline, from Cafe La de da, has also put in a few extra hours each week in training, hoping to go for the double. She is also using the 'wait till tuesday' line.

This shouldnt put any others off, though.
Even if you think you arent a serious competitor, you learn so much by hanging out with these guys. That's what they do. Hang out, You Tube, practice and practice.

And the tasting squad? Have you been practicing, too?

So no photos, we will all have to wait.
